So a stalemate exists for the state of California regarding...
(in at least one instance)
...The Entertainment Business !
- The implication is thus: "California is "stuck" in the "Enterainment Business" or the "Business of Entertainment" ... until a choice can be made between issues governing the sigs of:
Taurus (Values/Capabilities/Resources)
and
Scorpio (Desire/Sex-Intimacy/Research).
