 Why This Particular USA Chart?

(and it actually has a documented date & time!)
- On September 17, 1787 the Constitution was completed at the Federal Convention in Philadelphia. Benjamin Franklin was there and gave a speech. He said that although only "9" states were needed to ratify the constitution ... for it to be active and legal; still, it was important to achieve a consensus ... a "unity" among the states. So, the Constitution was submitted to the 13 States for their "Ratification" for consensus, agreement and Unity. Legally, only nine of the states were actually needed.
- On June 21st, 1788, New Hampshire had become the 9th state to ratify the Constitution thereby making it legal according to Article 13 of the Articles of Confederation.
Then, from New Hampshire word of the "official" ratification was sent to the Congress of the Confederation. According to the New Hampshire Historical Society Librarian; the notification to Congress was sent by mail to Philadelphia and took several days to arrive. The actual final vote for ratification took place in Concord at about 1:00 PM on June 21st.
- Finally that government... the "Congress of the Confederation" (under the Articles of Confederation) declared that as of March 4th, 1789;
the "Government under the Constitution" would automatically take effect and
The United States of America Under the Constitution would officially begin.
- Thus ... The United States of America under the Constitution has "by law": both an official "start date" and and official "start time", 12:00:01 AM on March 4th, 1789.

- The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the United States of America. It was completed on September 17, 1787, with its adoption by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was later ratified by special conventions in each state. It created a federal union of sovereign states, and a federal government to operate that union. It replaced the less defined union that had existed under the Articles of Confederation.

- January 21, 1776 - American Revolution continues leading to July 2nd - 4th: Untied States Declaration of Independence :
- July 2nd – American Revolution: The final (despite minor revisions) U.S. Declaration of Independence is written. The Continental Congress passes the Lee Resolution.
- July 4th – American Revolution: United States Declaration of Independence. United States officially declares independence from the British Empire.
- July 8th – American Revolution: The Liberty Bell rings for the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence.
May 1st, 1776: The Bavarian Illuminati secret society founded
- January 21, 1795 - President George Washington - The Jay's Treaty (John Jay): negotiated in 1794 and ratified June 24th, 1795; in effect 1795-1805. It ended up contributing to a 2 party system for the United States .... a more conservative party which was friendly to Great Britain (Hamilton's Federalists) and a more liberal party that favored the French (Jefferson's Democratic Republicans). The Jay's Treaty also served to avert War with Britain.
NOTE: The Democratic-Republican Party (Jefferson, Monroe Jackson & Madison) evolved into just the Democratic Party (dropping the Republican part)... the later Whig Party became the Republican Party (Hamilton, Adams, & Clay).
NOTE: In 1793 a major war had broken out between Great Britain (and its allies) & Revolutionary France (as in the French Revolution), which set off a period of warfare that engulfed Europe until 1815.
Washington, with the approval of his Cabinet , proclaimed American to be Neutral in this conflict. The Revolutionary Government of France sent the U.S. a diplomat (Edmond-Charles Genêt), called "Citizen Genêt.
Genêt was welcomed with great enthusiasm proceeded to spread propaganda to further the case for France in their war against the British. One of his methods was to set up a network of "new Democratic Societies" in major U.S. cities. He also co-oped Americans to serve as "pirates" aboard French ships attacking British vessels.
Washington was not happy about all this ... he felt there was something about all this that was undermining for the U.S. "Washington, warning and mistrustful of the influence of Illuminism that had been so strong in the French Revolution & its "Reign of Terror" ... demanded the French recall Genêt and actually denounced the "Democratic Societies".
(The threat of Illuminism as recounted by John Robison and Abbé Augustin Barruel ... Barruel was a French Jesuit priest, known for setting forth the conspiracy theory involving the Bavarian Illuminati and the Jacobins in his book Memoirs Illustrating the History of Jacobinism published in 1797. I Barruel wrote that the French Revolution was planned and executed by the secret societies) . Robison was a Scottish physicist & mathematician, he worked with James Watt on the steam engine ... following the French Revolution, Robison authored Proofs of a Conspiracy in 1797; accusing Freemasonry of being infiltrated by Weishaupt's Order of the Illuminati.
The 11th Amendment to the Constitution is ratified (the first after the Bill of Rights: "The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.")
- January 21, 1814 - President James Madison (Primary author of the Constitution) was President from March 4, 1809 – March 4, 1817. Congress passed a bill chartering a second national bank in 1814, which Madison vetoed. Lyrics for the National anthem "Star Spangled Banner" are written by Francis Scott Key ("Defence of Fort McHenry", a poem written in 1814);
Entrepreneurs built factories that soon became the basis of the industrial revolution in America. The American "fleet" began to build. "Old Ironsides" (USS Constitution) captured five merchant ships and the 14-gun HMS Pictou by March of 1814...but remained blockaded at Marblehead, Mass. thru the next Eclipse.
Note: The "War of 1812" was already ongoing: The War of 1812 was a military conflict fought between the forces of the United States of America and those of the British Empire. The Americans declared war in 1812 for several reasons, including trade restrictions because of Britain's ongoing war with France, impressment of American merchant sailors into the Royal Navy, British support of American Indian tribes against American expansion, and over national honour after humiliations on the high seas.
Tied down in Europe until 1814, the British at first used defensive strategy, repelling multiple American invasions of the provinces of Upper and Lower Canada. However, the Americans gained control over Lake Erie in 1813, seized parts of western Ontario.
With the defeat of Napoleon in 1814, the British adopted a more aggressive strategy, sending in three large invasion armies.
Note: The next Solar Eclipse was on July 17th, 1814 at 23º Cancer 58'. It was under this eclipse that the British victory at the Battle of Bladensburg in August 1814 allowed the British to capture and burn Washington, D.C. The British raided Washington in 1814, as Madison headed a dispirited
militia. Dolley Madison rescued White House valuables and documents in
the nick of time, as the British burned the White House, the Capitol and
other public buildings.
Later American victories in September 1814 and January 1815 repulsed all three British invasions in New York, Baltimore and New Orleans.
- January 22, 1841 - President Martin Van Buren (D) presided over a weak U.S. economy, caused by the Panic of 1837. Is replaced By President William Henry Harrison (Whig party) who takes office and dies under this Eclipse. Harrison announced his "Whig agenda" as:
"a repudiation of Jackson and Van Buren's policies. Harrison promised to reestablish the Bank of the United States and extend its capacity for credit by issuing paper currency (Henry Clay's American System); to defer to the judgment of Congress on legislative matters, with sparing use of his veto power; and to reverse Jackson's spoils system of executive patronage. He promised to use patronage to create a qualified staff, (instead of) not to enhance his own standing in government.
Harrison took office on March 4th, 1841 and is said to have died of pneumonia. Harrison served as President for 30 days, 12 hours and 32 minutes, but
this was spread over 32 different calendar days; part of a day upon
inauguration, 30 full days, then part of the day on which he died.
On March 26,th Harrison became ill with a cold. According to the prevailing medical misconception of that time, it was believed that his illness was directly caused by the bad weather at his inauguration; however, Harrison's illness did not arise until more than three weeks after the event.
The cold worsened, rapidly turning to pneumonia and pleurisy.[69] He sought to rest in the White House, but could not find a quiet room because of the steady crowd of office seekers. His extremely busy social schedule made any rest time scarce.
Harrison's doctors tried cures, applying opium, castor oil, leeches, and Virginia snakeweed. But the treatments only made Harrison worse, and he became delirious. He died nine days after becoming ill, at 12:30 am on April 4, 1841, of right lower lobe pneumonia, jaundice, and overwhelming septicemia.
He was the first United States president to die in office. His last words were to his doctor, but assumed to be directed at John Tyler, "Sir, I wish you to understand the true principles of the government. I wish them carried out. I ask nothing more." His was the nickname "tippecanoe".

It is thus worth considering the possibility, that after the death of President McKinley ... the "Eagle" has been
in a decline; with its heyday dying with McKinley. IF SO: then the
following time periods would indicate a Flying Eagle perhaps "battling"
to stay aloft ... fighting against other rising influences; all the
while trying continue on its way? Interestingly enough, the very next
"Flying Eagle with a wide orb, marks World War I. certainly the case
that after 1963 ... no wider orb is unusable or ... the conjunction is

- So, you might say that Our USA Natal Chart is the Chart of a "Do-Over" ! Why? Because this is STILL the Natal Chart of America. It tells of a Hidden Motive or "Karma" hidden within the Nature of Our Founders and the Country they helped to Found.

it is very Interesting
- The Moon & Venus are in What is Termed "Critical Degrees". Critical Degrees indicate extra "uumphh". Planets (yes, I know the Moon is a Moon...but for brevity we just call it a Planet) in Critical Degrees are "very strong for good or ill" .
- We already know that in the USA's Chart; Venus is indicative of "the production & preserving of Original Works"...in the case of the USA...its the written & spoken word as it applies to the Media and to Treaties and the like...
- BUT -
- The Moon, is also in a degree of the writing & language... in other words, the Media.
- Now, the Moon's degree also carries a warning about the tendency to get carried away with fixed ideas & overactive imaginations on the one hand...and "selling out" for "perks", privileges, & "creature comforts", on the other hand.
- So, here we have a very strong Moon & Venus...BOTH in "Media" placements, and both carrying warnings...Venus can "go overboard" and the Moon can "sell out".But the Moon has a "little something extra riding its coattails"
- On another level, the Moon's degree also tells us something else. It says that the volatile urges of the USA (the urge to grow & change) will express itself through "Revolution" [ It was The "American Revolution" is what got us here after all] or: "Escapism".
- But the American Revolution has come and gone....so if The United States of America is possessed of a "Revolutionary Spirit"....what happens to that Spirit during Peacetime? Where does it go?
- Simply put...it is expressed as: Either Some Form of Escapism (remember the 60's?); OR, As some Type of Conflict or War .
- So apparently Our choice is this : That periodically, either We Change & Grow through some positive form of Revolutionary Evoutionary change or else it is probable that:
- We fall into or split into a pair of conflicting Opposites in Behavior which can...and has...taken the form of:
- Soldiers on the one side and "Hippies or Peaceniks" on the other.
- When Venus joins in...you can add "Yuppies" to the "Hippies" side:
This then would give us: SOLDIERS on one End of the See-Saw.... at odds with another pair who, though sitting together on the other end of the See-Saw; are also Squabbling with each other: Hippy-Peaceniks vs. Yuppies.
